Check your spam/junk folder if you have not received a confirmation email. Order and shipping confirmations occasionally land in spam filters.
Contact BioDynamix support using the email address in your original order confirmation if you cannot locate tracking information after 5 business days from your order date.

Free US shipping is included on all 3-bottle and 6-bottle orders. Single bottle orders may incur a shipping fee of approximately $9.95 within the United States.

All Joint Genesis orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The product name does not appear on the outside of the box.
